Order Processing

• All orders are processed on the same day they are placed.

• Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days after processing.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• The majority of our orders are COD.

• Open Parcel Policy: Customers may open and inspect the product before receiving it.

• Customers can choose to accept or reject the parcel based on satisfaction.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above PKR 1,500.

• Standard delivery charges apply for orders below this amount.
